New Year, New Challenges

Hi everyone.
Hope you had good holidays.
Like Christmas, I celebrated New Year at home with my family.
We had a pleasent homemade dinner and then watched the fireworks.
This mom had much work during this holidays. You know how hard it is to organize family dinners, don´t you? Mom´s gotta be everywhere, it´s our job :)
Well, with new year we´re back to school and to our normal routine. Winter is the worst season for my daughter, it´s so cold out there that it´s hard to leave a cosy bed to go to school. Anyway, besides a bit lazy, she had very good grades and I´m thankful for that. Sometimes, she needs an extra motivation to do her homeworks which I understand.
It´s hard to be a kid and have so much work load. You see, she spends five hours in school and when she arrives home she wants to play, it´s normal, so sometimes I don´t push her hard. She´s got the whole life ahead of her to learn school subjects. Currently, I´m more focused in preparing her for life and transmit her some values.
